    BREAKING: Major security issues ongoing at the Stade de France tonight - 100s of fans without tickets have forced their way in.

    For a period of several minutes, Liverpool fans without tickets overwhelmed police stationed at Gate U. (French Radio Station: RMC)

    Until we stop using partisan terms such as Liverpool fans , Man Utd Fans etc etc and treat them all for what they are , thugs and hooligans nothing will change .
    Big changes and attitudes needed to combat this by Stewards and police arresting the actual perpetrators instead of easy and convenient targets and the courts fishing out meaningful sentences .
    And a Proper Government initiative although they’d rather concentrate on diminishing workers rights to protest increasing corporate bullying .

    The police bit I get, but would you, as a steward, try stop hundreds of (probably drunk, 'excited') English fans at a final, whilst on minimum wage?!

    Where are they? Because BT Sport have just stopped talking about the game just to show the fans singing their bloody song and the middle tier behind the Liverpool end has chunks of empty seats.

    Why can't they just be like Rangers fans and travel, get pissed and not cause tonnes of trouble. Absolute animals.

    Should have started at 8 pm as planned. Madrid fans shouldn't be made to wait around in their packed end just because scousers couldn't be bothered getting to the ground early enough.

    Exactly what Helen says... plus we seem to be in a current phase imo where footy fans have just gone potty post Covid. For whatever reason, goodness only knows!!!!!
    Apparently; from what i know personally, there's some bottleneck on a bridge?
    Ground looks virtually full, so maybe it is a 'Wembley situation' ?
