Either Wiseman or Hassell or I reckon maybe JOB then either Howard (if he arrives) or Cywka slotting in between Perkins and Dawson/Delap

Wiseman, Hassell, JOB, Kennedy ... we have options to shift things about.

Don said on Radio Sheff they'd signed Delap to cover for the probable departure of Stones.

I would wager that Flitcroft has been in contact with some fairly influential agents today. Can't help thinking that a conversation with David Moyes about Stones' possible move to Everton might have gone something like: 'we will not take less than £3 million for him and we want a loan-back until the end of the season.' Moyes: 'I need him now as cover for Seamus Coleman, but I'll ring my brother Kenny and see what he can fix up by way of an experienced replacement until the season end.' Kenny fixes the Delap deal and it goes through. Well! It might be right, or nearly.

i think Delap will play right-side in place of Stones, for sure, if Stones does leave today. I can't wait for the prospect of one of those long-throws in the closing minutes of a game with O'Grady, Harewood, Scotland, Foster and Cranie all lurking ...... and seeing Danny Rose nip in unnoticed to head home!!!

Pleased with the signings, especially O'Grady, whom Flicker knows from Rochdale days and who looks like the old Trevor Aylott style forward-line leader. We will see. Good competition for Harewood as well.
