    Think the last time he was anywhere near Barnsley was April 26th 1997, doesnt deserve to be there but the REAL SONS OF BARNSLEY Dickie Bird and Goughie do
    2 - 1 to the Reds on Sunday then beat Pompey in the Final and stay up in the Champuionship

    He gets to watch us fairly often and always sits in with the rest of the fans. Not like the corporate fans we have like Parky and Dickie. At the play off final in Cardiff, he was chanting away outside a pub, in a rain with his Barnsley shirt on. Could you imagine Parky mingling before games with the rest of us lol.

    Yes he is ,why people constantly deride Dickie as a glory fan is beyond me .Parkinson fair enough but Dickie's a 'proper fan'
