    Looking at Coventry final fixtures and the fact that they have the ability to score unlike our lot I think they can quite easily get 7 points if not more. They have brizzle to play too so unless we can get something out of the brizzle game we are in trouble. Still it would put off more pain next year if it happened this year and then we can actually manage our expectations for real.

    But on the down side if its a draw and Coventry manage to beat Millwall & Pikeys at home we are fooked!

    Simple - there are still teams between us and 3rd from bottom. I'd be bricking it if we were 4th from the bottom, but we are not.

    The Forest-City result counts for nowt. A team lower in the table than us bet another team lower in the table than us.

    I agree we would only delay the inevitable,either some one takes us over that's prepared to offer contracts or we find a level which we can compete at which aint this one!

    Blackpool - defeat
    Cardiff - defeat/ draw at best
    Hull - will have nothing to play for, could snatch a point
    Bristol C - defeat/ draw at best
    Brighton - hopefully have nothing to play for, i think win/draw

    Everyone below us have the chance of 7 points at most each.

    The enigmatic and unpredictable mistress that is Barnsley Football Club will win in the sunshine at Blackpool on Bank Holiday Monday.
    The seasiders are expecting to win and everything to go true to form for an easy three points. But they are not accounting for our unreliability and general flakiness and for the fact they are still only Blackpool, parachutes or not. Hence, away win and ecstatic, drunken little Barnsley fans!
