    With the help of Reds supporters we have adopted the famous 'Daydream Believer' song and changed one or two lyrics to our VERY OWN TERRACE SONG.



    In the chorus of the Monkeys song, instead of singing:

    Cheer up, sleepy Jean,

    Oh, what can it mean

    To a daydream believer and a homecoming queen?



    use:

    We are Barnsley,

    South Yorkshire team,

    We are the red army and the best you'll see

    Firstly its not a new song, it was one of our anthems the season we went up to the premier - cheer up Mark McGhee...
    Secondly the words dont rhyme or fit with the tune so no it would sound **** if we sang it
