It's not impossible - but I don't think the management team will do enough at the end of the day. There are serious issues that need to be addressed. The problem needs to be gripped - the problems are repetitive - we've seen the same things week in week out, but they are not being addressed. There are things that could have been done that haven't been done (and I'm not talking about signing players). We haven't seen the kind of variation in our play which suggests that Ritchie has identified exactly what the problem is - we're two dimensional - we just attack attack attack - if that doesn't work (and it hasn't so far, lets face it) where is plan B? I need to see more urgency from Ritchie and Shepherd in this situation. I haven't heard anyone come out and say that relegation is not an option. The message seems to be coming through that the fans need to be 'realistic' that we're not necessarily a Championship side, and we might need to go down to come back up. I disagree very strongly. We are a Championship club and we can't afford to be relegated. When you're in a dog fight you need a mentality that doesn't accept defeat - we're accepting defeat to easily at the moment, nobody is angry enough.
