...to recover from injury at EFC. He's had some fairly good games this season for me. Cracking goal at Burton. I'm not too disappointed though. Think he lacks the discipline for what we need now till Eos. Thanks and all the best Joe
Good honest grafter and always wants the ball, very likeable lad. But his pairing with Gardner wasn't very productive and Gardner is now turning out some good performances without Williams alongside him. Best of luck to him though. Not sure about Premiership, but he has a bright future in the game.
No more crab twins in the same line up. Our chances of staying up have been boosted. To think we tried to spend a million on him.
Don’t think we’ll see him in a red shirt again . Good player but inconsistent but that’s what you get with youngsters . Good luck though Joe I’m sure you’ll have a fine career !
I'd rather have Moncur in now. Two defensive midfielders in Gardner and Williams is not what we need. Moncur's more creative and we need to win win win now.
That’s the worry for me what if Gardner gets injured .Williams is the only like for like replacement that we have.
Williams IS a good young player, especially early in the season before his injury and suspension. Since then he struggled. Gardner is the better and more experienced player at present so he was in front of Williams for the shirt all day long.
He was our best player before Christmas by some distance & it shouldn’t be forgotten. All the best to him
I liked Joe, especially earlier in the season as I thought he was one of our better performers but I think Gardner looks better without Williams next to him so I’m content enough to have Gardner there for the rest of the season. I’m not sure what injury he has but if he’s going to be out for the season then there’s no point in keeping him here surely?
He played well when hecky was in charge in a negative minded team with 2 defensive minded midfielders in the middle. Had some good games and I'm sure will have a good career.
A talented young man who will only get better. I believe the £1M touted price tag will prove to be a steal in a few years time. Welcome back here anytime, the lad has a bright future.
