Williams-man in possession

    has done Ok IMHO

especially as we will-hopefully-be on the attack-Heckingbottom is slightly better as a defender

    Has done ok?

we've conceded 9 goals in the 3 games he's played. sorry to say it, but Williams isnt a Championship footballer, in any shape or form. at all. Heckinbottoms experience just about keeps his head above water, but he's still the weak link when everyones fit.

I agree it's the weakest position in the team-Austin may be a better option when fit-but I'm never keen on a right footed player playing on the left

We need a left back with some pace

arguably more urgently that a centre half. and definately more important than a 5th striker! the longer Tonge and Williams are our full backs, the longer we'll wait for a clean sheet.
