    i think it was meant as a compliment, i.e. mr. reliable. having cranie, ramage, hassell, mclaughlin & JOB all out, is just too much for us

    He also said "he's one of those players who very rarely shines every game".

    I would disagree with that.

    I think he was trying to compliment him but perhaps it came out a bit skewed. I clearly rate Cranie higher than Danny does atm though - just slightly surprising.
