Flitcroft had 20 league games getting 15points, that's 0.75 points per game. That would have ended the season on 34.5 points. Wilson has had 18 league games getting 20 points, that's 1.1 points per game. That would have ended the season with 50.6 points. I believe 50 points this season will certainly be a safe tally. So to all the Wilson doubters I urge you to take a look at the stats/facts call 'em what you will. But if you cannot see a large improvement then you really should go to Specsavers.
Re: Wrong It's all about consistency now. The skilful players who we can't afford to carry are out and the grafters are in. When we stay up he just needs to develop a squad that can accommodate a flair player as a plan B to the currently working plan A. Hoping Burnley are striker less next week
I'm 83 tha knows and that does not improve it that much... Wilson is proving more effective.. Now leave me alone, I have some windows to lick.
It's easy to say that on the back of 2 wins, this time last week, Wilson had accumulated 14 points from 16 games, which is 0.87ppg and a season total of 40ish. I don't think it's any coincidence that we've had 2 very convincing away wins in the same week that Danny has begun to install his own backroom staff.
Re: Wrong I've been trying to work out why for the past 10 minutes. Micky Mellon has barely been out of the club a week and I've already forgotten about him.
