Gasquet vs Roddick Absolutely sensational tennis to follow Baghdatis vs Djokovic earlier. Court 1 would have been well worth the money today.
Gasquet's playing some Federer-esque tennis at the moment.

She cant play on grass the ball bounces too randomly for her, on a hard court, when the ball bounces the same all the time she is Great, but on grass she cant change her game quickly enough
RE: She cant play on grass She did win at Eastbourne though - and thats where I think people thought this year might be different.
RE: She cant play on grass Been Eastbourne champion, reached a Wimbledon final and a couple of semi finals. If that means you cannot play on grass god help her lol. But compared to other surfaces she's weaker on grass.
Has she won Wimbleedon ? No, fact. Eastbourne is a lot weaker than Wimbledon, Whenever she comes up against a strong grass court player she loses. Not saying she will never win here though, just that she has got to learn to vary her game more.
RE: Has she won Wimbleedon ? Never said she had won Wimbledon. She came up against a strong grass player when she beat former champion Serena Williams. She also beat the current (For the next 24 hours) Wimbledon champion in the final of Eastbourne. I think what's beating her the most is she knows she only needs this one to be one of the few women to have won all four slams.
Have you played tennis then Jay/ Which grip do you prefer / Eastern? Western ? Continental? or a mixture of them. Henin uses a eastern grip on her backhand shot therefore enabling her to produce more topspin, but this grip is a poor one for hitting low balls, which you get very often on grass courts. Other players can adjust quicker because they dont rely on one single grip, easy really ! All you need is a bit of knowledge to see that. (givinfinger) (givinfinger) (givinfinger)
RE: Gasquet vs Roddick It was well worth the money mate - I was there. Got my tickets from a ballot at my local club. Was gutted it wasn't centre court at the time 'cos I thought that all I'd get to see was mixed doubles and juniors. £29 per ticket for 8 1/2 hours of quality tennis (nodding2fingers)
