    Windass eyes Tykes' scalp

Dean Windass is hoping to end his mini goals drought by hitting the net against a Barnsley side who wanted to sign him this season.
Tykes boss Andy Ritchie offered Bradford £100,000 for Windass in January but were snubbed by Bantams boss Colin Todd and the veteran forward, who is stuck on 19 goals for the campaign wants to break into the 20s at Oakwell.
Windass is also seeking revenge after Barnsley survived a battering in the FA Cup earlier this season only to win the replay at Valley Parade.

He told the Telegraph & Argus: "I owe Andy Ritchie's team big time because I missed five or six chances that day and we should have won that game. They beat us in the replay but we should have finished them off first time.

"But I always like playing there and I got a couple of goals live on Sky last season.

"The move to Barnsley obviously wasn't meant to be. I've no regrets about it not happening - otherwise look at where Wigan are now.

"I turned down Wigan because of the circumstances and the club turned down Barnsley. But you can't go on ifs, buts and maybes and just have to get on with the situation as it is.

"Bradford rewarded me with a two-year contract and if I score against Barnsley on Saturday then I've rewarded them with 20 goals. So I will feel that I've played my part this season."

lets hope his finishing is as bad as when we played them in the FA cup at home, couldnt hit a barn door that game. Statistics show hes a very clinical striker though and we cant give him that amount of chances again.
