When I try to view any video on my new PC the colours are completely shagged and everything looks like an early 80s POP video. What's going on? Cheers.

    I'm guessing

    Either:

    1) Your PC is running in 256 colour mode. To change it click on the desktop -> properties -> settings -> Colour quality.

    Set colour quality to highest.

    2) (More likely) You need to install some codecs to make the movie files work. Download and install this and try again.

    http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

Is your new base unit a vertical or a horizontal one?

Colour set to highest so not that.

Downloaded the codecs but all is just the same. Thanks anyway.

It's blue (I'm shaking my fist at the screen!)
