Has anyone tried it yet? As it's been available to businesses for 2 months.

Also - does anyone know of any virtual applications of it? A bit like http://va.zensupport.co.uk? Cheers

My housemate here at uni has it

He works at the uni library with the computers and that...got a copy a while back.

I think at first he wasn't impressed, as he had all sorts of problems, but I don't think they were really due to Vista, but now he seems happy with it.

If you've got any specific questions pm me and I'll forward them to him when I see him if you want?

I tried the 32 and 64 bit versions and the interface is great, seems to be an all round improvement BUT....and there's always a but the drivers are only just trickling through for your peripherals.

My motherboard drivers work as does my sound and video card but one of my printers won't (yet) and more importantly my TV card won't (yet)

My full version arrives tomorrow so i'll give you a heads up after install.

64 bit isn't worth it unless you have 4gig of memory, 4 chuffing gig LOL I remember when 4 meg were great.

I've been running the full released version (Ultimate edition) for two months and once you get over the extra security features it works very well. It's also pretty my old XP laptop looks terrible when I occasionally use it.
