gave plenty of thanks but no booze. more like a bad case of indigestion last night though...lol don't know if it was from the overabundance of food I ate or the fact mi Lions lost. erf and to the Falcons...who had lost their previous two games in a row. no team like my Detroit Lions..they can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. cnuts
"they can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory" - was that a different game to the one I saw as they were never in it! Anyway - at least the Cowboys lost!
I think you'll find.......... ...that Tracey said they CAN not that they did yesterday. Yessss! Get in!
well, yesterday was different from normal. they didn't even give us the illusion of a possibility of a victory. but did you see that incredible touchdown catch? bounced outta his hands off another player and then he caught it again! now THAT was worth the price of admission!! pity they blew donkeys the rest of the game. Harrington OUT!
I wish I did I've always wanted to go to a Turkey day game. but we watch it on tv from the comfort of our warm living room...lol
RE: I wish I did I've gone to several the silver dome but haven't been to the new stadium. I also haven't been to the new baseball park. tiger stadium was my fav place for years, I hear the new one is more like visiting an amusement park. good thing too, the tigers haven't given any entertaiment on the field in years.
RE: I wish I did The Tigers didn't have too bad a season (by their standards) last season - in fact early in the season weren't they in danger of making a push for the playoffs before they fell away dramatically?
RE: I wish I did aye, started off well enough but choked half way through the season. they've now fired Trammell (pity) I think he did his best, but the players don't care. now when Sparky was manager and Trammell played...wow they were a thing of beauty I remember back in "84 *rocking in chair* when the Tigers took the series...exciting times back then. now they are one of the most lackluster teams going..forteg the carnival thay have for ballpark now. oh how the might fall
