That I believe is true. Heard it from one or two other people at the club numerous times apart from it being mentioned on here. He's even been heard saying it at an away game this season walking back off the pitch at full time. Hope he gets some right stick in April.
If true, mind boggling. The bloke must have had about 7 songs to call his own over the last two and a bit seasons. There were times last year where entire second halves were essentially An Ode to Winnall. Every other song was dedicated to the lad, despite other players arguably doing just as much to deserve adulation. I often felt he didn't think much of us, despite very good interviews. His half hearted applause when being subbed, visible mardying, lingering looks at the Ponty when there was audible disgruntlement and occasional non-celebration of goals. Ah well, if he thinks we're bad, wait until things don't look as rosy down S6.
He never really seemed to like us especially this season. He got abit of stick early in season.missing sitters got monk on didn't celebrate a few goals, slow walked off v reading when we was 2-0 down against ten men which really pissed me off. He never put out on twitter about the fans and then blackpool when it was his last game and he knew it would be chelped off at fans and stormed off.....
Well he's gone to a right shower of fickle ****. Good luck with that Sent from the darkest recesses of a poisoned mind.
Sheffield Wednesday fans fawning over him like they've never seen a footballer. They must be properly starved of talent at s6 because he's erm...not that good.
To be fair if someone posted 'proof'. They'd be outing someone who works at the club which I wouldn't want to happen
To be perfectly honest, both Winnall and Hourihane can be like that. Over-reacting about the fans when they perceive a negative vibe. Crewe last season is the obvious example.
