REDS striker Paul Hayes believes Saturday's reaching Coca Cola League One Play Off Final is a massive achievement for the club and is targeting a place back in the Championship.</p>

Speaking exclusively to www.barnsleyfc.co.uk this morning, Paul said: &quot;I am really, really looking forward to it. I cannot stop thinking about Saturday's game if I am totally honest and it will be the biggest day of my career so far.</p>

&quot;Playing in front of 60,000 at the Millennium Stadium is a massive achievement and something the players have to relish. We will enjoy it even more with victory and losing the game would be very, very upsetting and will ruin our summer. Defeat in the Play Off Final would take a long time to get over.</p>

&quot;It will be a great day out for everybody connected with the club and one that our fans will remember for the rest of their lives. It will be even better with promotion at the end of it.</p>
