Last kick chance went begging, free kick just outside the box. Bobby said that TK sticks them in the top corner in training but he never gets anywhere near when it matters, does he?

Shame that because a few of those stuck away would have given us more points - two more today would have been wonderful.

Good result anyway, and a carbon copy of the Palace and Cardiff games.

I was saying as much today. I don't know what TK has done in training or at his former clubs to make him go and claim the ball for every set piece. I have never seen anything to qualify him for this task, if anything he's made a fine art of hitting the goalies gloves from any given position, especially corners.

He is also maddeningly frustrating how he takes an age to make his mind up what to do with the ball in an attacking position. Players literally cover 30 yards to get back in position while he ums and arrs, then loses it anyway.

The two we had near the end should have just been fired in by Scotland and see if we could pick up the rebound

Scotland had been subbed by then. Any player should be able to whip in a decent cross from a dead ball. It's a basic skill. I'm all for someone taking ownership but when you have fluffed as many as TK, it's time to admit this is not your specialist subject. Oh, how we could do with a 28 year old Neil Redfearn.

Needed someone like Dickinson at home to Cardiff few years back to just grab the ball and say **** off im taking it, and then just blast it towards goal.

When was the last time we had a half decent free-kicker?

JOB can take a decent free kick, I've seen it with my own eyes.

Trippier but he wasn't our player. Grant McCann. Massive mistake letting him go, very tidy player.
