    I forgot to mention I've been at Bramall Lane today on a induction Tony Currie suite no less.

    I must say it makes BFC'S set up look like a non league executive area.

    From walking into the John Street stand to entering the suite everything pisses on Oakwell. They have Bwin betting kiosks we have a bloke that used to sit in Farm Road club. The seating area to watch the game and suite itself are twice the size of Oakwells.

    Plus it's a much better stadium in general than Hillsborough

    No offence mate, but sitting on a leather seat in nice surroundings wouldn't really improve my experience if we were playing Yeovil.

    We're incredibly well run and in the championship - that's something for us all to be proud of.

    Rather be in our situation than theirs.

    Better being comfortable financially than in the shi.t and having a nice place to watch football.

    I'd take being in the stands every day of the week over an exec box.

    So if we invest a little in our infrastructure and off field customer facing set up we will be relegated and go into admin ? Why is it always so black and white ? The fact it's Sheff Utd shouldn't blind us to how good they are at certain things. Heresy I know but there you go.

    I think what ESL's getting at is the experience one would feel as a visitor to each ground. When you are introducing business folk to BFC who have no previous insight into our club, a window through which someone asks what you want is not the best first impression we make on folk who want and could do business with us.

    But, we're in our 7th straight year of scrapping against relegation so everything's fine and dandy.

    I would bet that sufc employ a marketing and B2B team not just one lass on her own.

    I would bet that Sufc box prices are in excess of barnsleys and still sell more.

    In fact I could even go as far as saying they make more commercially than barnsley do.

    Still up to their ball bags in debt though.

    Probably spending all that money that they don't have on marketing and a B2B team.

    I'd rather we did things 'the right way' instead of spending money we don't have on things we don't particularly need, especially as I hear our exec boxes/days are alright anyway.

    A tha sure? Our mate Kev gets a box at Oakwell, Hillsborough & Bramall lane for all the derbies so he can entertain his Dee dah employees too, they say Oakwell is the best set up out of the lot, and this usually comes from the pig lot.
