With regard to our players being too good.....

There is a reason why they play for us, in this league.

Yet they have a talent, and this bunch of players clearly have virtues, as well as vices.

In other word they aren't a team of all round workhorses - there are things they can do well and things they can't do well. Even Scowen.

e.g Winnall is a good finisher but can't hold it up or run into space.
Nyatanga is a centre back but not a full back
Crowley is a nipper who has bundles of talent but compromises team tactics/formations
Hourihane has a threatening left foot when he's not pressured.

But it's up to LJ to release their positives and mask their negatives.

There is so far little evidence that he knows how to do this.
