He might see it as a new chance to impress there though. Might feel with a new manager he can force his way in.

    Exactly Right

Can't see Lewin staying beyond december now, as the new manager will want to check him out I reckon. Especially if Peter Taylor gets the job off his good friend Adam Pearson, as he likes giving kids a chance.

    May work out OK

Hope he stays but if not Foster to move inside and Hassell at RB (assuming he gets fit) - should be still an OK defence.

Bigger problems would be replacing Anderson and Macken if they also go back and also keeping Muller and Howard in the transfer window

who have Derby got in attack?

if Macken goes back, is he likely to be pushing for their first time whereas providing we can afford his wages and he stays with us, he is likely to play if fit

he has already got the fans behind him due to his workrate and ability to hold the ball up, must be music to his ears after being on sidelines at Derby

I was impressed that he played the full 90 minutes on Saturday

I hope that neither Nyatanga or Macken feature in Derby's future but keeping Macken may be more realistic

Maybe Lewin wouldn't want to come here permanantly? Didn't he just sign a new 4-year contract there, or am I getting confused?
