Donny have sold 4,199 tickets for their first game of the season tomorrow. That's all tickets by the way - ST, home tickets and the 25(!) Bury fans. They were saying they were going to be bigger than us one day!
We outnumbered them in the friendly. Not surprised at all. Bury selling 25 tickets is a bit comical though. Wondering if we'll take that many to Swansea. Down at the ticket office this morning, £15 adult £7 concession at the Liberty next week by the way.
They should remember where they were 15 years ago and be grateful. Bubble well and truly burst, not much pipe from Ryan these days.
Can't see us taking many more but it's understandable. It's not the ticket price though - it's everything else. Are people really going to take time off work to go to a League Cup tie. Might even have to take the Wednesday off if you don't want to be knackered at work.
Exactly right CT. I would go for £15 but the travel to South Wales, food and drink and the time off work means I'll be giving it a miss.
