woke up this morning ( which is allus a bonus)

    and thought, with all that talk last week of biking, right i'll put the bike on the car, go to penistone ( a nice change of scenery)and then ride up to dunford bridge down the t.p.t its a nice steady 10+ miles and the 1st half is a nice steady up hill and obviously coming back is down hill, i thought that'll shift the cobwebs, then go straight to the gym for some upper body ( try to build my scrawny little arms) and have a swim and a steam; bike punctured when i got it out, spent an hour fixing it and have lost all va,va,voom............. feckit i'll have a wass around with the hoover and go shopping. lets see what tommorrow brings eh?

    However, I'm back at uni tomorrow after a mere five week Christmas break. It's a killer.
