    I live near W-ton and despite our views that Wolves will be in for O'Driscoll I'm not convinced. There's been talk of Solbakken going for some time and his name hasn't come up at all as a replacement.

    Given that he was born in W-ton I guess he would like to manage his home town club and may apply. But - we shouldn't sit and wait for the outcome of that and allow him to make us his second choice. Get an answer from him on Monday and if it's no then move on.....

    I think they will set their sights higher than SOD no offence to him. Don't see why people like Radio Dee Dar expect him to get the job just because he's a Wolves fan and from Wolverhampton.

    another stupid board decision. sacking mccarthy, with huge experience of both premiership survival and championship promotion. replacing with a complete nobody from scandinavia. then wonder why this happens. only themselves to blame.

    Mc Carthy's sacking a big mistake by them, like others on here think Wolves will be looking for a bigger name than O'driscoll, Owen Coyle maybe
