http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37765308 This is what happens when foreign investors take control of an established football club. They sack a decent manager because he doesn't fit their profile (Jackett) and bring in another foreigner to manage the club. 87 days in charge. What a joke and, as the article says, only four of the nine new managers in our league this summer remain in post. Please stay with us Mr Cryne. Please!!
Zenga doesn't stay anywhere for too long. I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did. I get the impression he alienates some of his employers, for him to have as many jobs as he has had in such a short period of time. #TeamsLikeBarnsley
Like the foreign Michael Appleton for jobs in a short space of time. Although to be fair to Appleton he's been settled a while now and done well. It's not like Zenga has a good track record as a manager so for an expectant club it wasn't very likely to work. Put yourself in the owners shoes....You have shitloads of cash and just bought a pressure club where fans expect top flight football.....Sure most on here the first thing we'd do wouldn't be to sack a manager with a proven track record of success in that country to bring in a journeyman foreign manager with no knowledge of said country or league.
