    Had many a good time in there. (No paedo jokes please). Shame another community facility bites the dust

    Live music venue in its time Cliff Richards and Marty Wilde appeared there among others a bit before my time that though.

    only available as a bargain if you've got the requisite hundreds of thousands of pounds to get it up to scratch and presumably convert it into flats or whatever, only so many people with access to that kind of capital
