    Maybe not tonight but watch out for Joey Barton on Saturday. First bit of trickery and he will fell him, second bit and he will cripple him and that will be the end of that.

    On the other hand, he might just be able to get the thug sent off :wink:

    I doubt QPR will have anybody sent off against us. Redknapp will be in with the ref making mates before the kick off, more chance of one of ours being sent off for diving after being two footed by Barton

    Joey Barton has been one of the better players in the championship this season.
    I wish we had a player of his ability in our side.
    We should be more concerned about stopping him play than him crocking one of ours.

    I agree that he is a decent player but he is just the sort to watch out for where our more skillful players are concerned. Think Michael Brown/Jacob Butterfield. Not saying it will definitely happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did and we will be cheated out of seeing the best of what, on the surface, appears to be a player with some talent.

    Mccourt has played in div 2 for Rochdale, I'm sure he can handle himself!!!
