Does anyone know for sure if there really is a meeting?

With everything that has gone on of late, PC is very quiet.

I think that has made me madder than anything this week is Davey stating that Mostto would have started against Donny. That just sums up the idiot and his lack of PR nouse.

but how do you know it wasn't true? just speculation on your part.........

in fact it rings true-Rigters played-SD had probably made up his mind to rest JM and KO to shake things up-when MM had to leave he chose the only remaining fit? forward Rigters

Why call the man an idiot?Seeing as he fetched in Rigters at the last moment it seems quite feasible that he might have played Mostto to freshen the strike force up.

I've no proof Paul. Just hate the way Mostto has been treated.

It makes me feel better to think this. I still have no time for Davey and his lack of personality though. This is based on gut feelings from 5,000+ miles away and the 4 or 5 games I've seen under his mismanagement (N)

Says he speaks openly about manager, BH transfer to SU, his own position and his dream to see fans and club united.

He didn't attend the meeting with PC.

He was away watching a player.

Doesn't really matter whether davey was going to play Mossto or not. Just to say that he was going to after Mossto had gone home was crass. Goes along with his other equally daft statements about players (El Haimour / Ramadan and Hume/sleeping tablets). Why say such things that a) make yourself look stupid and b) put added pressure on players?

    doesn't really ring true though

Rigters also played nearly 30 minutes in the previous game so was higher than Mostto in the pecking order.

Strikers that were in the 16 named against Ipswich: Hume, Macken, Rigters, Lazarus, Odejayi. Do you honestly believe that Mostto REALLY overtook odejayi, lazarus, rigters and macken in the pecking order somewhere between tuesday night and friday? (or maybe even sooner, we don't know when mostto left)

Just to refresh your memory, this is the same Mostto that hasmade just 4 substitute appearence and played only 33 minutes this season out of a possible 900 and last started a game for us 9 months ago yet to many, simply because Simon Davey says it is the case, it seems highly realistic that completly coincidentally Davey was going to start him, seemingly out of the blue, in a local derby the day that he has to fly back to peru.

Oh well, at least if/when we get shut of Mostto and people ask why we wasted the money on another striker that was never given a chance, Davey can say (not that he would of course but he could) that it isn't his fault at all and he was fully prepared to give him his chance and would have done had he not had to go. Then again he can say the same about El Haimour, he would have had his chance if it wasnt for ramadam that leaves him too knackered to play first team football but fine for reserve games. Bloody unlucky is Davey.
