The ball is well and truly in Gordon's court. Depends where his goals are. If Chelsea finish 2nd in the Premiership, I would reckon Mourinio's job would be on the line. If GS is happy for us to hover between Championship and League One, then AR will keep his job, If he wants survival, then he'll have to go. Simple
