Wonder what my boss would reckon to it???

If Andy Richie was my boss i reckon i would! Hes given the squad the day off toay after last nights debacle.

Its about time he started showing some bleedin back bone and stopped being the soft touch. I can see he wants to have a good spirit and everyone gets on etc- thats his style, but he must draw the line somewhere surely! If they aint giving their all they are taking the piss out of you Andy!!! Drop the ones that you didnt think gave their all last night. Stick them to rot in the reserves for a few weeks. Give someone who gives a **** a chance.

Wonder if this is the reason why we dont have a settled side - he doesnt want anyone getting the tit on because they dont get a game??? Tough - if they aint good enough they shouldnt play! Simple. They may up their game a little. As it stands if a player has a good game he has no security he will play again - the good players are getting undermined by his team selections.

I really thgought we were going to do something this season but now mid table is best we can hope for. We are in freefall now. So many games this season we have had games for the taking but our incompetance has let those chances slip. The home game v Walsall is a prime example. That should have been won by a country mile the first time around but we were sloppy, didnt concentrate and didnt really start to play until we went behind.

Im not a happy chappy at the moment. This league is so poor this year and we still cannot do anything. Until we stand up for ourselves we will get bullied out of many more games. They are playing like a set of softies. Time to toughen up and be mean for a change. while ever Andy wraps them in cotton wool it wont happen.

He shoud have gone in there and kicked the feckin door off its hinges last night but no - they had a "heart to heart". What the **** are we running here? A mothers meeting? Sweet jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!

i said when he took over as "the players choice"

it was because he was the soft touch! Hate to say it but it looks like im right.

His chopping and changing isnt helping either. I know its been hard in defence with the injuries but no excuse upfront or midfield to be honest. And to not get in a CH and sign another striker beggars belief.

He has to start learning and start putting this right FAST or another season down the shitter.

"he doesnt want anyone getting the tit on because they dont get a game??? "

    Nardiello???

he must have the biggest "tit on" at the club...

And before any wise @rsehole cracks a joke on it, he is still the best finisher at the club!

But yes, I agree with you. As someone said earlier, do an alan clarke and show em a real days work!

    no idea about that mate...

    probably your right again, but...

If I was nads, I would leave, do the bizo somewhere else, and stick a royle middle finger back at this club for wasting his time/talent.

Most unfair treated player at the club by a mile.

If the club want to explain then I am sure that arguements would stop on this issue, (wether they think he is ****/lazy etc) it is one that is clearly dividing a lot of fans.

    Also

I'm sick to death of hearing the urban myth that Nardiello is living off his two goal debut . There is no one at the club with a better goalscoring record than him,but never let the truth get in the way of a good story!:((

Don't know if I entirely agree, but I know where you're coming from.

Seconded. That really pisses me off.

    It's so much crap.

When Ritchie was put in temporary charge at the back end of last season he turned to Nardiello, who had been completely overlooked by Hart, to add some firepower. Nardi scored 6 in 9 games, helped us to our best run of form of the season and was a big influence in Ritchie getting the job. He hasn't had a run in the side since.

We've got a goal scorer who just doesn't get a look in. Even when the manager says he's going to play him he doesn't. I know Nardi is not the answer to all our problems, I know he's got faults, but he does score goals and if he's not better than Mark Richards then I'm a flying pair of nuns pants.

    Ahhhh.

Maybe we should try Kay up there?

    Nardiello is shat.
    Shat on a stick.

I don't speak about sofa's, as I know very little about them.
Maybe you should consider not talking about football?
