    Thanks for letting us know mate. Going to look at trains instead. We had a mental amount of rain this side last night. Went to a doo at Stockport Georgians, who are in the 10th tier of the pyramid. When we came out about 1:30am half the pitch was under more than 1m of water - we saw a game on it on Saturday and it was fine.

    That bridge has been engineered for months and they still can’t seem to stop it flooding. It was bad last week when I came back from Stockport.

    Used to flood really bad on Green Road at Penistone where I used to work. One of blokes once thought he could drive through about 2 feet of water in his Fiat Stilo. Surprisingly and to much hilarity he ended up stuck in the middle and wading back out. Mind boggles why folk think a car can pass as a boat when needed…..
