Good win for you guys tonight.

Four games in and Woodrow in particular and Morris have been awful for us Hatters. Looks like you did well out of getting rid of them. Woodrow does not look league one and while Morris runs around he has not had a shot or looked dangerous at all

We have a habit of selling our so called better players and get enraged by it. Then they end up **** more often than not

Give Morris some time. He does have something about him and will come good.

Surprised Morris is still on the pitch for you to have a go at. He will be in the treatment room soon enough.

I think Morris will come good as long as he stays fit. Not sure about Woodrow though.

Woodrow has been a busted flush since he was ruined by a previous manager trying to make him play too deep.

Morris is a good forward if surrounded by good players.

Have you played them both together yet?

I do wonder if you guys might be this year’s Barnsley - playoffs to relegation battle. I do see you as better than we were that said; haven’t lost the manager for a start.

Woodrow blew hot and cold for us, mainly cold the last 12 months.

Stick with Morris, he has the ability to create out of nothing and for me was the complete striker. His fitness record was the only thing holding him back.

Give Woodrow the opportunity to score and he will.

Morris giving his all will eventually show his quality. I would’ve loved him to stay this season, be confident of us going up if we had!

We’ll take Morris on loan if you want rid. You’re welcome to Woodrow though, lost his way over the past 18 months.

I thought Morris would have done a good job for you - keep the faith with him. Woodrow was a bit of a strange signing, I don’t think he was the kind of striker that you needed.

Woodrow's a technically good player but has the pace and legs of a 40year old, his reputation is far better than his impact these days.
Morris is by far the better player and should come good for you.

Well let's see, Adebayo and Morris cancel each other out, Woodrow seems a complete passenger. We lost Naismith, our player of the season, seeing just how good he was now. Without him we have no leadership or direction. We could be this season's Barnsley, the first five games have been worse than every game last year.

Happens a lot, players leave for greener pastures from our club and then never find the same form. Other than Hourihane & Pinnock (and probably Brown now he's come good for Stoke, even though, in my opinion, they wrote him off far too quick) in recent times, I can't think of one who's bettered their careers football-wise. Definitely have financially though.

I think you can add Kieffer Moore to that list

Hmmm, replace "Naismith" with "Mowatt" and that could easily be a post from last season on here.

I'm absolutely sure that Morris will do well for you if he stays fit. Hugely intelligent striker, who would surely have been a regular in a top Championship side if he wasn't made of glass. As for Woodrow - I couldn't decide for the last two seasons whether he was being played out of position, or he'd genuinely lost it. Brilliant as he was when we went up from League 1, he only really had half a season where he scored consistently from open play in the Championship. That's not to say he didn't contribute in other ways, because he very clearly did. But I'm not sure he'll ever be a consistent scorer again at Championship level. I hope I'm wrong, as by all accounts he's a model pro and an absolute gent off the field.

Very true. But he seems to up and leave after 18 month at a lot of clubs :D

Biggest myth in the history of Barnsley Football Club this. Woodrow's most prolific spell at the club was when he played as a number 10 under Struber.
