Me Telewest's been slowing down a bit recently. I saw the engineers at the junction box and something occurred to me. When I first got them in I was the only one using the box and my signal was too strong so they fitted a couple of attenuators to the modem. There must be more using the box now because I've just taken them off and I'm flying - wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! So if anyone's got attenuators fitted it might be worth seeing what it's like with them off.
