looked at this last week

according to the letter of the law no way does he qualify unless he was permanently injured for the last 2 years-my guess is after the season ticket deadline there'll be an announcement along the lines of "we're appealing against the refusal to grant a work permit"

the club took all this into account when prepping the signing. Surely ? Please ?

I can't believe the Oakwell hierarchy will be sat head-in-hands this morning thinking "**** - I nivver thought of that ... "

If they are, then they should NOT be Oakwell hierarchy

A bit like a club realising that could use the minimum fee release clause that was in McIndoe's contract then?

    RE: SURELY

Reckon club thought they'd have a chance of Mossy getting called up to the Peru squad for Copa America. Top scorer in Peru? Must be nailed on. Obviously not done their homework. Obviously the Peru FA would rather see how well their strikers who are already playing in Europe are doing than picking players from their home league.
Me? I doubt he'll get a work permit. Unless Man Ures sign him.

    Words marked

    along with paul D

I'm looking forward to a chuckle

Even if you are right there's hardly any credit in that as there would always have been a chance unless we had kept it quiet until the permit was approved and that would have been almost impossible.

so we have got a work permit for him then????

    If so How ???

Ps HAVE YOU ever had a go at running a Football Club ??Thought not SO SHUT THE **** UP YOURSELF!!!!!

This is a message baord where people can put forward their own ideas and thoughts, it is not patrolled by the Gestapo, so everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you do not agree, then fair enough, but dont slag people for saying things you dont agree with, debate them and try to put your point of view across as well, that way no-one has to get upset.
