even though nobody else is awake right now, i felt i had to say that.. even worse is the fact that ill have to come straight to work from Oakwell on tuesday.. id bet if my gaffer checked the prozone stats for me at work, he'd probably see a notable dip in performance after a reds defeat.. ah well, back to the tasks that pay the rent etc.. i suppose posts like these help me in my quest to get my post count back up to 1300.. amazing how theyve vanished like Nathan Doyle! and i originally joined this board as a college going 19 year old in 2001.. but no, according to my profile, i joined last week! Some of us are also awake and working nights. What I don't understand is why I still check this board when its 4am . . . !!
Been there done it, and you are right about going in after a defeat. still....I remember when I was working nights in Leeds and was in the night after we'd won at Elland Road to do the double over them in their promotion season! Now that was a good night to work! I remember when I got in my boss saying to me "don't you say anything", so I just kept braking out in to spontanous laughter throughout the night!
