Looking at the train It'll take 8 hours each way, and cost a bomb(not literally I hope). Another Saturday afternoon infront of SKY...
What you should do in those circumstances Calculate the cost of going to Southend via train. Travel, food, match ticket etc. If you're taking time off work, you need to cost that in too. Spend it on a great weekend at home/ with friends etc or a great weekend away. Mind you, when you get to my age, you see an away tie at a ground that you don't wish to go to as an opportunity rather than a disappointment. (dancin)
If you can find me one With the same money without the need of qualifications in further education then you'll be doing well!
I never used to ... but when you get a family , the cost & time of everything is down to the final penny / minute. (doh) Seriously though, a trip like that could coat £200 easy ... look at what you've saved..... have you uncorked the Champers yet?!
It could also be saved... For the two Dee Dah matches for my train fare down for that(or petrol money). Either that or spend it on junk like always
You're right which is a surprise! i wanted a top team, man u, or at least Liverpool.... Just to give us a test like....I reckon we'd a done OK against either team to tell truth at home!....You reckon.... (chinny) ....
Whatever happens I won't be missing the Dee Dah games even if I have to walk down! Now you mention it, I may have to partake in some consumption of alcohol
