I saw a video of this too but can’t remember where now. I hope the police have been informed, I’ve not seen any comment by the club.
Club were tagged in the original tweet. They take this sort of thing very seriously so they’ll be looking into it for sure
Wouldn’t expect a comment from the club. Like with others banned for abhorrent behaviour it doesn’t happen in public but action is always taken swiftly
You are always going to get some racists & morons. They need to be dealt with & I think they will be. If that had happened near my bunch of mates we would have told them in no uncertain terms to behave.
Somebody knows who this lovely person is. Get him sorted. I don’t want to be associated with that kind of pond life.
The rest of the cretins gurning and gesturing at visiting fans aren't much better or brighter to be honest.
I can't help wondering why grown adults want to stand in a car park like pillocks, making "one-nil" signs with their fingers at away fans. Shame we didn't win 6-0, that would have confused them.
Please forgive my naivety but what is the context for this? I’m as woke (hate that term!) as the next man and it’s a crass gesture of absolutely the worst kind but was it directed at anyone in particular or a reaction to something that was going on at the time?
I was wondering why he’s doing a Hiler sign. Seems a bit random. If I’d been on the coach and someone did an Hitler gesture to me I’d have found it a bit weird but wouldn’t have got upset over it. Why is he doing it?? Is it something to do with Coventry and the war or just random. Maybe someone on Coventry coach looked like Hitler
Taken by a Cov fan, probably from a coach, by looks of it. Even more embarrassing. Probably just pillocking about, but looks old enough to know better. Moronic & not welcome at Oakwell..
That`s all i can think his gestures are for. They got bombed bad in the war,but you would have to be a certain age to know what he was on about. As for them in the background ,that`s just normal banter which happens all over the country when away buses are leaving the ground .If they had just won they`d be banging on the windows giving it large .Not a problem for me.
I think it's poor form & threatening. There will be women, kids & older folks on an away coach. I was on a coach from Liverpool in the early 80's after we drew there that had it's windows put through. I was 16 at the time and was scary to say the least. Can't we be civilised? Banter is one thing, banging on windows is another. Be happy we've won & beat Coventry & the four officials who were against us too.
