    Darren Barnard - 'that' goal vs Huddersfield.

    Craig Hignett - vs Walsall (last minute of a 3-2 win)

    Bruce Dyer - to just about put the icing on the cake against Birmingham in the 2nd leg of the playoffs at Oakwell, the groud absolutely erupted!

    Nicky Eaden - vs Sheffield United in a 2-0 win of the promotion season. Great night.

    Clint Marcelle - vs Bradford City, oh yes.

    Isaiah Rankin - vs Brentford

    All classics.

    Great choices. Would like to add.....

    ....Andy Saville against West Brom to make it 2-2 which realistically kept us up that season, and John Hendrie at Bumhole Lane in the promotion season.

    1) Johnny Evans vs. Barrow Aug. 1968 , first goal in my first Barnsley game ;
    2) Derek Bell vs. Grimsby April 1979 , clinched promotion from the 4th Division ;
    3) Ronnie Glavin vs. Rotherham April 1981 , clinched promotion from the 3rd Division ;
    4) Clint Marcelle vs. Bradford April 1997 , THAT goal ;
    5) Darren Barnard vs. Huddersfield Nov. 1998 , best Barnsley goal I've EVER seen .

    against Norwich City at home. I think we were losing 2-1, there were a few minutes left and the Gwyn hit one from well outside the box and ithit the post at the back of the goal and came out. The ref didn't give it immediately as he wasn't sure the ball had crossed the line, it went in so quickly.

    Aside from the obvious (Clint)

    Hignett last minute winner, 2-1 vs Sheff U, Hendrie season (I think).
    Archdeacon's vs Leicester FA Cup
    Redfearn against Spurs in Prem, finished 1-1 but I was sure we were going to beat 'em and climb out of the rello zone. Not to be.

    No, he turned and fired it through Alan Kelly's legs at Brammal Lane in the 86th minute, putting us top at Christmas, good times.

    I forgot, the 2-1 against Sheff Utd in the John Hendrie season, both goals Dyer and Higgys were awesome.

    Barnard V Tottenham (3-1), I was the only BFC fan who probably didn't celebrate

    had a fiver bet on redfearn 1st goal and we win 2-1...

    think I got odds on about 25-1

    needless to say, I was all excited at picking up a few quid, that was until barnard put that rocket into the top corner in injury time...

    Must be the only goal we have scored that I felt gutted about

    :)

    In no particular order:

    Derek Parker vs Wrexham (Back heel into the goal but drew game due to Joey Jones equaliser)
    Iam Banks vs Rotherham (Stunning Free kick and 2nd goal in his Hat Trick)
    Ronnie Glavin vs Rotherham (Same game as above, 40 yard run and neat finish)
    Craig Hignett vs Ipswich (Wembley! I know we lost and it went in off Wright after hitting the bar but what a strike)
    Scott Jones vs Man Utd (FA Cup. Excellent corner and superb header)
    Neil Redfern vs West Ham (First ever Premiership goal for Barnsley)

    Last kick of the game. Cup match against Swansea (I think)
    screamed in from about the half way line (it seemed).
    But then left the ground unsure if it had gone in before the final whistle or not, because the game did not restart.

    so many to choose from to be honest, I remember a couple of classics from when we played at brammal lane down the years. The night hristov scored from the corner of the box and a similar one from shipperley in that lovely lime green kit! Sat right behind it, really liked those goals but theres others of course, just ent got the time off to work :'(
