like i've seen a few fans from teams do just before they play us, or would it go pretty much unread?

Just stuff about the town/city, history of the club, recent stats, attendances etc.

Cause i think it's a good idea and that someone should do it, so why not me.

Would anyone read it if i were to do this?

Yeah I'd like to see some sort of matchday thread on here, instead of about 342 different topics slating us.

I think it's the thing of the future! Look, the core block of Royals Rendezvous were BBC606 posters but of course that got took off at the end of last season. There are about a dozen 'national' forums in its place, but no one of them is dominant. So specialist club forums like yours now rule the day. But it's great that there's some interaction; let's face it one year promotion might come to Barnsley and another to Reading - we're all in the same boat really. We come on here totally 'in peace' - and the mods can deal with any abusive posters. We've done a run down on Barnsley which includes your club history and even the way your town has developed, and our members certainly thank us for it. In general nearly all Championship club sites are great - only problems we've ever had have been from West Ham where we got a torrent of swear words in nearly every reply, and Bristol City who didn't want to know anything at all from any other club!. But another 20, including your site, have been just great!

    Absolutely why not?

People who write decent stuff deserve it to be read.

Just thought, if it's any help and if you like, PM me with your e-mail and I'd send you a pretty good list of all the web page links that we've used over the last year or so - bookmark those and it'll cut down on your research time considerably

    Yes

Can you make it factual but ironically amusing at the same time?
