Would anyone be interested in collecting for a donation to the hospital that treated Hume

    & where he would like it to go to.

    Best way after that is to contact the appropriate charitable trust at Hope Hospital to keep it all above board and make best use of Gift Aid.

    I would anticipate no obnjections if you want to use the trust office for collections. Also I would recommend setting up a just giving page so that you can take online payments and you can gift aid it. I would anticipate that it would then get a lot of money from Leicester, Tranmere fans and you never know even the odd blade may have a pang of guilt.

    We did have a few people come to the office at last home game and ask if there was a colection.

    Thanks Owen. I doubt there'll be a problem too but you know I like things all above board, neat & tidy. I would also like Iain to choose where any donations go to. Hope Hospital have a specific charity called BASIC but he may have other wishes.

    I'll post on here & his other club sites & facebook when I get a reply.

    Just Giving needs a named charity so will need to know Hume's wishes before I set it up.
