Owen coyle would be my first choice, i think Phil brown could do a decent job, let us please get somebody in with championship experience and whoever it is, lets get right behind them from the start.
I don't think wages are an issue here. Its simples you let the league managers association circulate its members with the wage and the ones who want a good job i.e. more than a living wage, will apply for it. Then you pick who you think is the best. This is a radical idea. Get the short listed managers put on a presentation to a selected bunch of supporters and let the supporters make the choice. Could we do any worse than Cryne, who is a fan, not a football man. I dare them.
