    Hope not. All for bringing young uns through but needs to be alongside experience.

    Cranie provides that and, for the majority of his time at Oakwell, quality.

    No idea what's going on with him but given that we don't appear to have any idea what our best 11/formation is, I'd be trying to sort it out with a view to building a team around him and the other seasoned pros.

    Hourihane would work in that position behind the strikers. He doesn't have to worry about defending. Arent we also expected to make two signings this week? One a winger the other a cb? Need them before Friday so they can have a training sessions with the team. Drop jennings for berry.mlalkkovic on the left wing and berry on the right

    I understand that hourihane plays behined the front two but yesterday him and berry were set up in midfield. Berry tried but wasnt enough hourihane offers nothing in the form of tackling or ball winning. Why wasnt the lad from wycombe played we minght have had half a chance of winning the ball in midfield they had 60% of possesion says it all.

    Yer you have a point there although at times it looks like the rest of the team has never trained together. Digby could have been a better option I just think where far too lightweight in midfield.

    He's appalling. He'd never play again if I was manager.

    Cranie, Ramage, Nyatanga & Holgate would all be ahead of him. I'd even consider putting Brown at CB before him.
