Problem is, if Andy goes, would we lose Rick Holden as well? We don't have a surplus of staff at Oakwell so would have to get someone in quick.
RE: Redfearn.........what coaching qualities does he have? He has his badges. He has "managed" a couple of clubs. What he does have is passion, and I would hope, the will to play attractive forward football.
Martin Allen??? Do you know any Brentford fans?
He was a clueless clown who managed to not get them promoted last season.

My take on the interview was that Shep came across as a fan rather than a chairman. For the first time i agreed with alot of what he had to say, i mean how many of us wouldn't be offering AR players if we were in Sheps shoes. If AR's not coming to Shep with players then well done Shep for at least finding out who is available. On the contract front i agree again with him why should we be worrying about that now when the manager has got us 4 out of the last 27 points available and seems to be unable to change things around.
Well done Mr Shepherd for at least letting us know whats going on down at the club.

RE: To great sucess? Wilson - no coaching success Coleman - no coaching success Southgate - no coaching success Do I need to name anymore? You have to give people a chance - Redfearn has Barnsley's best interests at heart. Its an option thats all.
I have the clubs interests at heart , I would like to be an option also.
Plus the chairman appears to be signing/scouting the players so I wont need to do much other than pick the team.
