Blows whistle for a foul to palace without playing advantage when they break free and score a one on one
He blew whistle with both players on floor though, didn't he? Didn't know Palace player was going to recover and go on and score. Correct decision.
At the moment he blew his whistle, there was no advantage. Both players were on floor. Absolutely the correct decision in those circumstances - had the Palace lad not got to his feet and Clattenberg hadn't blown, Palace would have been irate they hadn't been awarded a free-kick.
Isn't that why he should wait 1 millisecond to see if there is advantage? When he blew the palace player was getting up.
Fine margins innit....if he'd started to blow, to a point where players had heard it, then he couldn't play on as the Utd players would have been bairnin' to high heaven.
Which means he's off to a shocker because he should have waited a slight second to check for advantage before blowing. Typical ref, more interested in being the centre of attention and can't wait to give a foul so he gets a close up
The bloody clown has done it again. Somebody at the fa needs to grow some ******** and get him replaced before he does some serious damage

If he's regarded as one of the best then it just shows how poor officials are. How many match changing mistakes is he going to make.
