After watching him and the guy that called in from his car, I dislike them even more. They’re deffo a good team at this level, but they don’t half make lovely people of themselves with some of their comments. It’s a cringe fest.
A quick look at their forum gives you an idea of what they are about. The sense of entitlement is on a par with or even surpasses Wendyitis.
Yeah, I did take a look on their forum and came to the same conclusion. For a team that has spent their whole existence bouncing around the lower leagues, they sure are very up themselves.
"If you don't nip sh.it in the bud it'll come back to bite you on the ass" YUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the foot? On it is unpleasant enough, but in it!? That will surely result in a nasty infection and possibly an amputation. They should be more careful I reckon.
Very weird isn’t it? From both the point of view of the Yank and the bloke on the blower to him. Wrexham is like the Royston Vasey of the football world.
Haven't watched the vlogs but enjoyed reading the comments on the picture of there 2900 fans. Fans of ours and other clubs commenting with things like "is that it thought they were massive" "plastic fans" etc and there fans biting with comments like "trains were cancelled 2900 to Barnsley is very good ok nyd" "barnsleys biggest home gate of the season only came to see wrexham" etc. I never comment on these but enjoyed reading them.
Thing is though, they're now a marketable commodity, especially stateside. If the owners do pull out there'll be plenty more Yanks with deep pockets and no sense queuing up to buy in.
I can't be bothered listening to or reading things about them, because I'm just sick of hearing about it. I don't blame their real fans though, who have at least been through the bad years with the club. And obviously they're enjoying it now while they can, which they're entitled to.
