    What makes a good leader? The ability to improve and inspire? To bellow and shout? To plan and prepare?

    I think it's fair to say there are different kinds of leaders. And as long as those within believe in them I'm willing to trust them. And if they choose to go outside I'll trust that as well.

    For once we are in a positive spell. Long may it continue.

    What an odd statement. We've just had as comfortable a win as you'll see all season, where the man in charge (whatever his title is) has nothing to do other than fold his arms and admire his charges and you feel you couldn't spot a leader. FFS the leadership qualities will come out when decisions need to be made and the team are up against it. It's a big ask to expect the coach to show inspirational leadership when we're tearing Bury a new one.

    He did plenty of waving his arms to them and encouraging. End of day the team was playing that well they could be left to get on with it.
    Confirmed to me today, that this team are a good kit of young players. They have got their confidence back, and are playing as a team.
    Liked the way they all shake hands in dugout when anyone comes off , team spirit.
    Do we need LJ , not in my mind I think the Supporters told him the system to play and we have been winning ever since. The bad run was his tinkering and the team confused

    Would rather have Burton in there somewhere, He's Mr bad cop and at the moment we've got two good cops. But as I said on here yesterday, it's a done deal with Wright and Hecky.

    Someone had requested, Barnsley to reach the playoffs and get to Wembley, it started off at 30/1.
    But I got on it yesterday at 16/1. Not bad considering we are already at Wembley.
