Injury rules out Oakwell pair for Gillingham clash
BARNSLEY playmaker Stephen McPhail and key defender Matt Carbon have been ruled out of tonight's League One match at Gillingham.

McPhail, who is coming back from a calf injury, trained yesterday and reported a sore reaction today.
Carbon had a pain-killing injection in his groin before Saturday's 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest.
"Rather than risk a chronic injury, he'll play no part," manager Andy Ritchie confirmed.
Nicky Wroe is McPhail's understudy tonight while Antony Kay will take over from Carbon at centre back.
Gillingham are hoping defenders Chris Hope and Brent Sancho will be passed fit for the League One clash against Barnsley at Priestfield tonight.

Tonge and Burns probably the best pairing available. Not convinced by Devaney. Gillingham are a big, physical side, dont fancy our chances to be honest...
