... I thought we were done in midfield today and looked clueless and shapeless at times. I also thought we were slow-paced at the back. However, I find it unbelievable that as soon as we lose a game punters on here are slagging players off and effectively undermining the club spirit that got us out of the bottom three in the first place. If you cant stand the heat then dont go to Manchester! Get off the players backs, stop telling them they're crap and give them some support. We are not safe yet and negativity is the last thing we need!! Constructive criticism is fair enough but for God's sake.....
I don't give q f**k about Man City. The cup has cost us 2 players who have been been in good form. We just don't have the squad to sort it. The cup is a distraction we can do without. The Brighton game was what we needed to win not be rearranged.
I'm not really bothered about the City gane either. It's nice but it's a distraction. My gripe is with people who moan and whinge about the team after one defeat
Correct. It was always going to happen at a ground where we never get anything. No Etuhu, Dawson, Goldbourne. The run had to end but seems we played ok. New right and left wing backs needed though.
