Why o fecking why does Richie make unnecessary substitutes with 15 minutes to go. Time and time again this campaign when we have been winning he always has to change the team.WHY? Took Shuker off, brought McParland on, his first touch looses the ball and they go up the field and score. At least half a dozen times this season he feels to change the team when we are ahead(nothing to do with injuries)only for the other team to draw level. Frustrating and totally baffling!! And another thing ,when a manager comes onto a radio program and says the only thing we can expect from a Barnsley team is to flirt with the ist division and the Championship, maybe go up for a couple of seasons and then back down. Premiership ambitions zero, what kind of message is that to the fans. Be very intresting if we don't go up to see the reaction from the season ticket holders on his inept comments next season. My humble oppinion fans will turn on Richie if we don't finish in the play-offs, and demand a manager who his more tactically aware and has bigger ambitions.
