"I wonder if Barnsley will anounce on their website the day before the game that all their key players are out injuted before all making a miraculous recovery in time to play."

I read that yesterday, they claim they are as big as us??? whats that based on then, crowds, ground capacity, history?? Thank god the kid came on and stated our average attendances last season. They should have looked at the average attendances over the past ten years when they were getting really poor crowds and their league positions for that matter. Its that sea air its got to them in deep down chav central. Best highlight going to Southend last season, seeing a fat bird in a white tracky jump out of a done up Corsa trying to fight with another chav in the car in front, yes she was 6 months pregnant as well. Never really believed the stereotype stuff until l visited Southend. Now where's my whippet and flat cap.

Enjoyed Southend away too last year in the league. Good weather, few beers...................... and after the match Southend moaning about how Davey had been unfair by saying players injured when clearly fit!!! Despite the best efforts of saying 'mind games' they couldn't accept it!

My first ever BBS meetings took place that day. Ahhh memories lol. Cracking day out it was. Three points, simple enough journey, friendly people and one of our best away performances in recent memory.

We found a boozer just round the corner from the ground, was fully of Celtic fans who had converted a outbuilding into a mini bar / tv room for all Celtic games.
We just crowded out the beer garden

    RE: heh heh!

If you went on a night out around Essex, I doubt the women would come up to you and ask if you're Red Rag though lol.
